On November 5, 2024, the Soyuz-2.1b rocket was launched from the Vostochny Cosmodrome's Site 1C with the Fregat upper stage and Ionosfera-M heliophysical satellites No.1 and No.2, as well as 49 rideshare Russian and four foreign small satellites under Glavkosmos contracts. The simultaneous launch of 51 Russian spacecraft - including the Ionosfera-M No.1 and No.2 satellites in orbit, - set a new record in the history of Russian space exploration, surpassing the previous record established in 2023.
