MOSCOW, May 20. – Glavkosmos JSC (part of Roscosmos), is taking part in the 17th Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA), which is held on the island of Langkawi, Malaysia on May 20-24, 2025. At the exhibition, Glavkosmos JSC is as a co-exhibitor of Roscosmos.

LIMA is one of Southeast Asia's largest events in defense, space, and marine technology. This biennial event has traditionally been a center of attraction for participants and guests from dozens of countries worldwide.

As part of the exhibition, Glavkosmos JSC is to showcase the products and services of Roscosmos enterprises in an interactive form. The LET'S GO TO SPACE touchpad will allow visitors to learn more about Russian spaceports and launch vehicles used to provide launch services. Among other things, the interactive touchpad displays various Russian satellite platforms that are currently available to customers, and informs about the capabilities of Russia's orbital remote sensing constellation. Visitors will also have the opportunity to view a three-dimensional model of the International Space Station (ISS) and its Russian segment (RS).

Glavkosmos also provides visitors with mobile applications that use augmented reality (AR) technology. One application allows users to follow the stages of a crewed spaceflight, from the launch of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, to the docking of the Soyuz-MS spacecraft with the ISS, and the return of the descent module to Earth. The other application demonstrates the operation of the Fregat upper stage in orbit.

Another showpiece also on display that traditionally attracts the attention of guests and visitors at exhibition events is the Sokol-KV-2 space suit, which cosmonauts wear during the spacecraft’s launch, landing, docking, and undocking phases of the flight.

The Glavkosmos delegation plans to hold meetings and negotiations on the sidelines of LIMA 2025 to discuss future cooperation with potential customers and prospective clients.
