Glavkosmos participates in the NewSpace Africa Conference in Angola

MOSCOW, April 2. - Glavkosmos JSC (part of Roscosmos) is taking part in the international space conference NewSpace Africa, which opened on Tuesday in Luanda (Angola). The title of the event taking place in the Angolan capital from April 2 to 5 is ‘The Role of Space in Closing Africa's Poverty Gap’.

As part of the conference, Glavkosmos management on April 2 will present the capabilities of the Russian space industry and some promising space projects. During the event, the representatives of Glavkosmos intend to hold a number of meetings with colleagues from foreign space companies representing the African continent.

The NewSpace Africa Conference is to become a high-level gathering for industry leaders, commercial space companies, investors and other key stakeholders in the African space and satellite industry. The conference is organized by the analytical agency Space In Africa and the international intergovernmental organization African Union.
